At Iden Law Offices we strive to develop a relationship with our clients that
extends well beyond the particular legal matter at hand. Our practice is intentionally
small to allow a certain level of intimacy with our clients and their families.

Our practice focuses on estate planning, where we employ a proactive, creative,
and counseling-centered approach. In addition to estate planning, our firm specializes
in real estate transactions, commercial transactions, and general business law. We
would be happy to refer you to another qualified attorney for assistance in areas not
handled by our firm.

Iden Law Offices has been part of the Miramar community since June 2001.
Bruce F. Iden is the president of the firm and has been practicing law in Florida since
1981. Mr. Iden received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1977 in
Psychology. He earned his law degree (J.D.) in 1981 from George Washington
University, and continued his legal education at the University of Miami School of Law
where he received a Masters of Law degree (L.L.M.) in taxation in 1982.
Mr. Iden is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, as well as the U.S. District
Court for the Southern District of Florida, U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits. He has received the highest rating available (AV)
from the nationally recognized Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Mr. Iden is an
Adjunct Professor at Florida International University and Broward College teaching
courses in Wills, Trusts and Estates, Real Estate Law, and the American Legal System.
